Consulting Team: Whitney Jones & Terri Dillon

“How fortunate we were to have the seasoned leadership of fundraising consultants Whitney Jones and Terri Dillon when we started our 3-year capital campaign with an ambitious goal to raise $26 million. Little did any of us know the world economy was about to drop off a cliff! And little did we know that with their steady guidance we would exceed that goal by $1.7 million, and that in 2010 Rocco Landesman, head of the NEA, and Tony Bennett would come help us celebrate such a huge success!

J. D. Wilson, Co-chair

Consulting Team: Whitney Jones & Lisa Harding

Certainly every capital campaign offers challenges, but our endeavor came coupled with incredible economic anxieties. Whitney’s wealth of experience enabled us to meet these challenges. His poise and presence and delightful humor guided our Campaign Planning Committee meetings. The behind the scenes detail work by Lisa was vital in every phase of the campaign. Our rapport, rooted in a professional relationship, grew into a caring friendship.”

"Whitney Jones, Inc. has been counsel for two capital campaigns for Gaston Hospice – the original capital campaign to build Robin Johnson House, our 12-bed inpatient and residential hospice facility, and the campaign to expand the facility by 7 patient beds plus support areas. Each time they were wonderful as they coached and encouraged our campaign cabinets through the process. Both campaigns were amazingly successful. Everyone from Whitney Jones, Inc. is professional, intuitive and easy to work with – a great group."

Ann Davis, CFRE, Development Coordinator, Gaston Hospice

I just wanted one more opportunity to thank you for your magnificent effort for us and to let you know that your expertise in the community is not only needed but appreciated.”

Randolph County Senior Adults Association

Randolph County Senior Adults Association, Asheboro, NC

$3 million campaign to move the existing Asheboro Senior Center to an expanded, 30,000 square foot multi-purpose Senior Adults Center.

Consulting Team: Whitney Jones & Amy Jones

“Working with Whitney Jones, Inc. has been wonderful. I was a bit hesitant at first, feeling that I could do everything myself. After working with Whitney and his staff I have done a 100% turnaround. Not only do they pay attention to detail, but they do everything better and more efficiently than I could have, and they do it in a very professional manner. From successful grant writing, preparing lists and timelines, assembling packets, planning events and organizing meetings, they can do it all! We are within 8% of reaching our goal and I know it would not have happened without the help of Whitney Jones and his competent associate, Amy Jones! I highly recommend them to any organization considering a capital campaign!”

Candie Rudzinski, Executive Director
